Our CEO Alex's New Year's speech: Building consensus, faith, confidence, and creating a better future together

The first keyword is' consensus building '

Why build consensus? Because we are in a great upheaval unseen in a century, the external environment is very unfavorable, and the development of enterprises is facing enormous challenges, causing many people to feel 

anxious and confused. Only by reaching a consensus can we firmly move forward together, and only then can we walk steadily, well, and for a long time.

So, what kind of consensus do we need to gather? I hope everyone can come to a consensus that we must work together with one heart and one mind, steadfastly do a good job in all aspects of Bairuida Group's work, and take 

care of hundreds of families.

How to turn consensus into reality?

The answer is to turn our consensus into our common 'faith'

I believe many people have seen slogans like this: "The people have faith, the nation has hope, and the country has strength

So, what is faith?

Simply put, faith is our firm belief and pursuit of something beautiful, just like Buddhism and communism.

People with faith have clear goals, stable emotions, sustained behavior, and know the meaning and necessity of their hard work.

What kind of faith do we need to establish?

I hope everyone can establish the common belief of 'I am for everyone, everyone is for me, we are a community of shared destiny'. From a small perspective, 'everyone' here refers to our family, friends, colleagues, and workplace.

 As a community with a shared future, we need to take responsibility for each other and take good care of each other.

I believe that in the current severe external situation, it is crucial to establish the above-mentioned common beliefs, which are related to the lasting happiness of each and every one of us and every family.

With faith, one understands the meaning and direction of struggle, and has the motivation to continue striving!

In the face of an uncertain future, besides establishing a common belief, what else do we need to support us towards the future?

The answer is our third keyword: 'Confidence!'

In the context of the economic crisis, confidence is more important than gold! Because only by maintaining confidence can we avoid confusion, chaos, and abandon short-term approaches such as lying flat, layoffs, and salary cuts.

We have confidence in the collaborative development path of industry, commerce, and trade chosen by Bairuida Group. We have confidence in the company's management team and employee team that have been trained for

 decades. We have confidence in the clients we have developed over the years. We have confidence in the rich product line we have established over the years.

In the face of a rapidly changing external environment, everyone should have confidence. I believe that through our joint efforts, our future will definitely be better!

The fourth keyword of my speech is: co creation and sharing

By next year, Bairuida Group will have been established for 20 years. For so many years, I have maintained my original intention and positioned myself as a "social volunteer" dedicated to benefiting my family, employees, 

community, and country. Bairuida is a common platform for everyone's life and development. We need to adhere to the concept of co creation and sharing, choose to believe in ourselves, choose to shoulder responsibility, and 

choose to strive for a common future. If everyone can persist in thinking and doing this, we will definitely be able to overcome short-term difficulties, overcome lows, and usher in new and greater development.

I hope everyone will study customers seriously, carefully polish products, do a good job in product quality control, and continuously improve operational efficiency and benefits.
